The alarm went off an hour too early this morning, it's too bad that it was the time I had to get up. I pushed the snooze alarm...then it went off too fast...I crawled out of bed, brushed my teeth , had a glass of water and went to wake the sleeping teenager in the next room Maddi had told me that she would come with me. I waited to try until I was dressed. She still told me that she was too sore to go. She promises she'll come tomorrow.

Today was an odd day diet and exercise wise. I did the exercise, but I didn't "diet". I didn't eat too much for breakfast and lunch, but for dinner I ate a second piece of garlic bread, it was just SO tasty and then I had dessert, someone made it special and twisted my arm, I promise.

I am listing below the exercises that I did today, just to give you an idea of what I am doing, I won't be posting what I did each day, that would be a boring read.
Ok, here's what I was supposed to do in my workout today and what I actually was able to do for reps follows:
5 Min Cardio Warm UpCircuit onePushups- 3 sets of 15 I did- 1 set of 15 girl ups (my knees down), 2 sets of 8 girl ups
Squats- 3 sets of 15 3 sets of 15
Circuit 2Dumbbell chest flys- 3 sets of 15 (at whatever weight you could keep your form) - I did- 3 sets of 15 with 5lbs in each hand.
Sumo Squats- 3 sets of 15 I did- 3 sets of 15 (yes these do look quite funny, actually a lot like a sumo wrestler stance)
Circuit 3
Bench dips- 3 sets of 15- I did sets of 15/6/7 (yep my triceps and shoulders are a bit weak)
Leg extensions- 3 sets of 15- I did at 20 lbs- 9, then I changed to 10 lbs and did 2 sets of 6
Circuit 4
Lateral raises - 3 sets of 15- I did these with 3lb weights in each hand and did sets of 15/8/9
Jumping jacks for 1 minute- I did it!
Basic Crunches- 3 sets of 15- I did this too..I'm getting better...
Circuit 5
Tricep extensions- 3 sets of 15, I did sets of 15/15/10 with 5lb weights in each hand
Jump rope 1 minute- I did this, but without a jump rope, though I figure I looked a little silly without the rope.
5 minutes cool down- Then 45 minutes minimum of cardio at 85% of heartrate
What I did... 5 minute cool down... Yep that's it. 
I weighed today, I was 210.08. I won't weigh again until next week, but I'll be giving you my measurements in the next couple of days.

Really you don't want to see those numbers...
